My name is Andrew Palko III, and I’m the owner/operator of AP3 LLC. Starting this business is the fulfillment of a long-time dream, and I can’t think of a better place to do it than Central Tennessee.
Before launching AP3, I spent 11 years in manufacturing, working as both an engineer and in operations management. Growing up, I also had the opportunity to work for a small business owner, Jim Butler, and spend a lot of time around another, my Uncle Nick. Those two taught me more about hard work than any classroom ever could. Some of the lessons may have been a little old-school, but they showed me what it means to put in an honest day’s work and stand behind what you do. Their work ethic left a lasting impression on me.
